I first started working for the company collecting Business and Realty Taxes for the municipalities over the telephone. I worked my way up and became a bailiff. I have been doing bailiff work for the past 27 years.
We are Appointed, Bonded Bailiffs and are Qualified Certified Appraisers. Our specialties are Commercial Rent Collections, Appraisals, Bailiff Seizures under the General Security Agreement, Lease Agreement, Personal Property Security Act, Repair and Storage Lien Act and we also take care of all of your Process Serving needs.
When I serve warrants on people or lock them up for non-payment of rent under a commercial lease, they always ask me, "Where's the big guy???" I tell them you got him! They are very surprised...as they are expecting a tall male person: I am only a 5 foot female. There are not too many women bailiffs in this field.
We also provide services under the Commercial Landlord and Tenant Act; Appraisals, Liquidation and Auction Sales; Recovery of Equipment; Seizure of Inventory under the General Security Agreement; and Searches under P.P.S.A., R.S.L.A and P.S.T. We also serve Legal Documents.
