Comission Service Inc. is a full service legal support company with two offices: one in Bracebridge and just north of Orillia, ON, to ensure that we can serve your area quickly and efficiently. Mileage will be calculated from the office closest to your service.
We also offer flat rates in Bracebridge and Orillia.
Comission Service Inc. specializes in Process Serving, Paralegal & Court Agent Services, Bailiff Services and Vehicle Record and Lien Searches.
Ken is a registered and bonded Assistant Bailiff. He specializes in process serving and can answer any questions you may have regarding location, services and rates pertaining to Document Serving and Process Services.
Debbie is an appointed and bonded bailiff and has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Ottawa. She can assist you with any matter where you require a Court Agent from filing of documents to attendance in Court.
Comission Service Inc. is a licensed and bonded Bailiff company. Both Ken and Debbie are members of the Ontario Bailiffs Association and are well versed in criminological proceedings.
