Laska Process Servers is a Nelson based Process Serving and Document Services company. We are Nelson, Kaslo, Nakusp and Castlegar Process Servers and Document Servers with a fast and efficient service department that will handle all of your Court Filing requirements in an expeditious manner. Our fee schedule is based on flat rates whenever possible in an effort to take the guess work out of costs for serving documents. Generally three attempts of service are included in each flat rate, as well as mileage, preparation of the Affidavit of Service or Affidavit of Attempted Service, swearing of the affidavit, and such incidentals as faxes, photocopies, postage, etc.
All disbursements are kept to a minimum and are billed for courier charges, excessive long distance, and significant photocopying. Some exceptions apply to service in remote areas requiring extensive travel and to urgent/short notice requests.
Laska Process Servers has 18 years of experience in serving civil legal documents of all descriptions for Provincial Family, Small Claims and Supreme and Appeal Courts within the Province of British Columbia; the various levels of Court throughout Canada as well as other countries, where applicable laws allow for private process servers to effect valid service.
