Catrina is not only president of Rapid Taggers Process Serving
Company but also president of a husband and three young sons! She is constantly on the go, as you might expect with not one but two demanding jobs. How did all of this come about? After completing an education and acquiring a Business Management Diploma as well as a Legal Administrator’s Certificate, she met her husband Lorne, who was employed as a process server for Rapid Taggers. After the birth of their first son an opportunity to purchase the process service company came up and it was a perfect fit. As a couple, Lorne had the experience of process serving and skip tracing and Catrina had the legal and business training. The business and staff have grown along with the family. There is never a dull moment in the company, nor at home!
Catrina offers her clients individual service and is willing to take the extra step to accomplish great results. There is always time to help out legal assistants with procedural questions or to take a moment to listen to a client explain their situation. The process serving business has provided an opportunity to do business with other process servers in other countries, as far away as Hong Kong, as well as right across Canada. Locally services are done from Whistler to Hope and rushes, Court Filing and Skip Tracing are all part of the job. You can feel confident in calling her as Catrina firmly believes that there is no substitute for SERVICE. Frequently a caller will state, "I didn’t expect a real person to answer the phone: it just doesn’t happen anymore!", another example of Rapid Taggers providing a one on one, exemplary service.
